Description
You can join HROTC as a probationary member and enjoy many of the benefits of being a member, including reduced price training classes. As a full senior member, training classes are only $35. As a probationary member, classes will be $50, which is still a substantial savings over “for profit” training classes.
Here is how probationary membership works:
- You pay the $25 membership fee to begin the probationary period.
- The probationary period lasts 6 months. During the six months, you must complete the requirements to become a full member. These requirements are: you must attend two (2) club meetings, (2) classes, and work ten (10) volunteer hours for the club.
- During the probationary period, all 5 week classes will cost $50.
- At the end of the 6 months, if you have completed all requirements, club members will hold a vote to make you a full member.
- Membership fee is not refundable if you do not become a full member.
